REMOVE US JUDGE RENEE BUMB FROM THE BENCH

In USDNJ Case 16-847 Patricia Smalls vs. Riviera Towers Co-op. et.al.,
Judge Renee Bumb should be removed from the bench if she cannot prove her claims:
1) Ms. Patricia Smalls was legally evicted from her co-op unit with a mortgage
2) Ms. Smalls' constitutional rights to her home, due process, jury trial, equal treatment and equal protection not violated by the Court.

No foreclosed judgment or warrant exists. Ms. Smalls is the co-op owner and a victim of vicious indictable hate crimes. Her co-op/home was unlawfully taken because she did not pay the legal extortion fee. Her mortgage paid on time and maintenance guaranteed by Recognition (Aztec) Agreement signed by the Bank, the Co-op and Ms. Smalls.

Why is this important?

A federal judge is a federal judicial officer, paid by the federal government to act impartially and lawfully. Section 455(a) "requires a judge to recuse herself in any proceeding in which her impartiality might reasonably be questioned." It is important that the litigant not only actually receive justice, but that he believes that he has received justice."
