Renaming Chicago Animal Care and Control to honor fallen Officer Ella French
Learning how much Officer Ella French loved dogs, I think it would be fitting to have the City of Chicago rename the Chicago Animal Care & Control after her or maybe even another Chicago animal care center. Thanks in advance for your support for this suggestion.
