Reopen PA tattoo shops ASAP
Reopen all PA tattoo shops. They already take several precautions by wearing gloves and sanitizing. Only one person can be in the chair at a time. Limit people in the shop.
Why is this important?
Because tattoo artists are self employed. Because for a lot of them this is their only source of income. Because you have promised help and we are over a month into this with no help for the self employed. You are failing them and you need to help them out before they can no longer recover from this shutdown.
