Request for Special Meeting to Address Townhome HOA increase and distribution of reserves.
This petition is a request for a Special Meeting to be held to dispute the Board of Directors of Almond Glen’s decision to raise the Townhomes HOA dues to almost 30%. Also, the distribution of reserves that gives 2/3 to common reserve and only 1/3 to townhome reserve.
A board that consists of only Single-Family homeowners neglected to value the opinion of the Townhome owners who were in attendance in the meeting. We asked for a modest increase over 2 years for HOA dues and another option on the reserve distribution. Our voices were not taken into serious consideration.

Why is this important?
We are asking that you sign this petition so that the Townhome owners have a vote and a presence in what happens to our HOA and distribution of reserves. In accordance with Article 3 Section 7 of the Bylaws, we have a right to vote in said change that affects our Lots.
Tell the Board of Directors to stay in accordance of Article 5 Section 3 of the CCR Maximum Annual Assessment and not raise our HOA excessively.
