Since Congress is unwilling to eliminate the 75 year pre-fund requirement for the USPS wouldn't it be a good idea for the #2 employer of veterans to pre-fund Social Security and Medicare for their employees to the same 75 year standard Congress has set? This would eliminate the need for any cuts to either of these highly effective programs.
