On August 23rd, 2019 a five year old Autistic and ADHD child was spanked by his Kindergarten teacher Mrs. Celia Wortham at Dwight Elementary School in Russellville, AR. She was placed on administrative leave; however she was returned to the classroom on Monday 09/23/2019.
