Every night, Sam's Club cafes are forced to throw away huge amounts of perfectly edible food while employees: single parents, college students, seniors, people with large families struggle just to make the rent payments.
Please help stop wasting so much food when so many people are going to go without & let cafe workers give that food (again, perfectly edible & safe) to the people who are hungry & not just throw 15-25 pizzas, 8-30 hot dogs, burgers, chicken & pretzels in the trash EVERY SINGLE NIGHT.

Why is this important?
Wasting food is something I can't understand. I've been financially distraught & thankfully my love mate was able to get a job at a pizza place. I just have to say that if there weren't any pizzas leftovers at the restaurant, we didn't eat. We were able to make rent & feed the service dog but food for us was dependent on the managers generosity.
We've overcome our financial situation - but in one of the poorest states in the country, a lot of people who could have food are giving up their chance to eat so that they can put gas in the car or make payments to their college. Please stop the waste. People are hungry & we can help.
