Sandy Phan Gillis is an American citizen who has been held uncharged for over one year by the Chinese government until recently. The United Nations has come out against her detention. This is a petition to demand her immediate release so that she can be reunited with her family in Houston Texas.
This petition is being sent due to the lack of urgency and pressure being applied to the Peoples Republic of China to release an innocent U.S. citizen.
