The congress of the United States should put all seaports of the United States of America under control of federal goverment of the United States of America and all monies from the use of these potrs going to the American people.
Why is this important?
The U. S. concress should put ALL United States seaports under United States of America federal government control. All monies for the use of these should go to the people of the Unioted States of America
