In the interest of transparency, the American people, whose signatures appear below, are demanding an appointment of a Special Independent Investigator in order to clarify who was involved in and what was done, with reference to the tampering of the US election of 2016 by Russian operatives.

Legislation is proceeding in Minnesota that seeks to eliminate a public subsidy program, eliminate a political contribution refund program, cut the Campaign Finance Board budget and end the Board's rulemaking authority. Inaction by the legislature has removed the Board's quorum and it can't act. We oppose this effort!

Let the voters decide. Pledge to support the candidate who gets the most pledged delegate votes at the Democratic National Convention. To draw more voters into the Democratic party, they need to feel represented. Otherwise, we risk alienating voters and turning them elsewhere!

TO DONALD TRUMP : On December 1st the level of salary or exemption for over time which has not been changed for 12 years moves up to $47,892 from the current $23,660- yes you can be paid $11.37 an hour and not earn overtime in some jobs. This is a good economic policy which will increase employment and needs to be preserved.

David Bickford is the sole sponsor of House Bill 285, which will create a giant loophole in the "Right to Know" law by allowing government officials to hold secret meetings without public knowledge or accountability simply by "claiming" that they are discussing "legal advice" - even if only one member of the board is making that claim and even if they have nothing in writing to prove it. If Bickford's Loophole (HR 285) becomes law it will make it very easy to hold "non-public" meetings for any excuse, and will severely weaken the public's right to have right to have public business done out in the open where it belongs. We know David Bickford. We know the damage he has done as a New Durham selectman. We know that his violations of the Right to Know law to date demonstrate his lack of respect for obeying the law, and we know that he created this loophole to allow him to do even more of our business behind closed doors. We ask Governor Hassan to PLEASE veto HR 285 and keep the Right to Know law strong, and keep politicians accountable to the people they are supposed to serve.
