Mannion,   I am writing to express my views regarding Executive Order 14009: Strengthening Medicaid and the Affordable Care Act (2021); Executive Order 14070: Continuing to Strengthen Americans’ Access to Affordable, Quality Health Coverage (2022)and to respectfully request your attention and action on this matter.   I reside in Auburn, NY, within the 22nd congressional district where you serve, and I work in Cayuga County. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, I am a small business owner, and I work for a non-profit that supports health equity for residents of Cayuga County in New York by offering support in overcoming barriers to services for underserved populations such as the elderly. I also sit on the Cayuga County Mental Health Sub-committee to help support working families who support those clients with their disparities and barriers.    I work passionately alongside providers and citizens to help connect those in need with life-altering services such as healthcare, housing insecurity, food insecurity, and educational opportunities. The work I do both through my career as a non-profit professional and my own business helps bridge gaps in people’s lives, which empowers them to become the healthy and strong citizens they can be. Therefore, depriving them of these invaluable resources would create struggles within these populations, which could reach catastrophic proportions and likely increase rates of suicide, substance abuse, and violence.  The changes the current administration is attempting in limiting and/or eliminating Medicaid funding will cause irreparable damage to the progress we have made in bridging these gaps in society and exacerbate current issues while creating additional ripples throughout society, which are already being seen as people are losing their jobs and falling into poverty. Often, the people affected have worked for decades to build up their lives and escape the grip of poverty; I have devoted my life to bettering my life and the lives of those around me. This is why I cannot sit idly by and watch our great country be stripped of its integrity or core values. I represent everyone I have worked with who allows me to advocate for them in my community.    Although there is an excellent discrepancy politically about this matter, I urge you to use your influence to advocate for a solution to benefit all Americans, regardless of their financial status or dependency on public support. We beseech you to please represent our citizens in the manner they deserve regarding this issue. After all, America was built on a foundation of empowerment and strength. I feel called to exercise my rights and responsibilities as an educated professional to advocate for those I work with and live beside.    I understand you have many pressing responsibilities, but I believe this issue deserves your serious consideration. I would happily provide additional information or discuss this matter further with you or your staff.   Thank you for your time and dedication to public service. Tell google to give Android users the ability to delete Facebook home. I fear Facebook home being forced upon Andrlid IoS users may lead to a boycott of Google products and damage Google with Google plus users.

Biochar kilns can convert insect-killed/ dead timber into biofuels & biochar (to increase soil fertility and accomplish carbon sequestration). Since the U.S. has over 60 million acres of insect-killed timber, "big oil" and "big coal" (and their friends in Congress) oppose this green energy technology. Congress needs to support the subject effort.

We demand fair access to all legal options in settling disputes INCLUDING law suits when/where necessary. Mandatory arbitration will not satisfy users of PayPal.

We the People own the public broadcast airwaves, Local Radio and TV stations are granted licenses to broadcast ONLY IF they serve the public interest. That interest is being manipulated by breeding division in our nation and its citizens.There are gross imbalances of political viewpoints on the public airwaves per week to Right Wing talk, while devoting not a single minute to any other viewpoint a model perpetuated throughout 90% of the country The FCC has stated that broadcast stations enjoy freedom of speech under the First Amendment, and the FCC is prohibited by statute from censoring or dictating program content. The result is that stations are free to air pretty much whatever they want (short of obscenity or indecency) – even if the material is false, misleading, or slanted.” .The FCC conveniently forgets the Supreme Court ruling that broadcasters may not engage in “Private Censorship.” “the First Amendment is relevant to broadcasting, but it is the right of the viewer and listener, not the broadcaster, which is paramount.” One simple step would be to require broadcasters to clearly delineate which of their shows are news, and which are opinion, and therefore colored with misinformation. Deny government funding for the proposed Cypress Creek Apartments because the apartments will hurt our community. The apartments are currently planned to be built north of Hwy 290 between Nutty Brown and Belterra Roads.

The South Carolina Senate must oppose any legislation attempting to do away with gun permits. Everyone's safety depends on this! Gun permits are a good thing for each and every South Carolina resident.

Are you a Negro? Would you be shocked by the question "Are you a Negro?" if you were called to serve your jury duty in New York? I was, when I initially read it on the NY juror information card while answering my jury summon. That happened to me on November 13, 2013. Fast forward to November 15, 2014, when I received an email with the subject "Army Drops Use of Term 'Negro' and read about other occasional strong reactions similar to this story: New York (CNN) - "Yes, I identify as black or African-American, but I am not a Negro," from a young lady in a CNN article on the issue.
