  • Demand Answers About “Operation: Prairie Thunder"
Preamble We support effective public safety grounded in trust, transparency, and the rule of law. Because Prairie Thunder introduces new policing activities in and around Sioux Falls, we ask City leadership to adopt the following reasonable guardrails that protect our neighbors, our budget, and our constitutional rights while allowing lawful criminal investigations to proceed. Our Objectives 1. Publish the paperwork (within 30 days). Post all memorandums of understanding (MOUs), operational policies, and clear exit criteria for any Prairie Thunder activity inside Sioux Falls city limits. If documents do not exist, confirm that in writing and provide a timeline for drafting and public release. 2. Data, not press conferences (start within 60 days). Launch a monthly public dashboard of stops, searches, arrests, hand-offs to other agencies, and use-of-force broken out by location and outcome, with anti-profiling metrics (including perceived race/ethnicity where lawfully collected). 3. Judicial warrants only (effective immediately). Adopt a written policy that City staff, facilities, and data will not be used for civil immigration enforcement without a judge-signed warrant or court order, while continuing to comply fully with lawful criminal investigations. 4. Protect community spaces (adopt within 30 days). Designate schools, hospitals, places of worship, and courthouses as off-limits for civil immigration actions by City personnel, and communicate this policy in multiple languages. 5. Aerial & data safeguards (publish within 45 days). Release written limits on aerial surveillance over neighborhoods and civic events, plus data-sharing “firewalls” and access-log procedures for any City systems potentially reachable by outside agencies. 6. Safe reporting for victims & witnesses (adopt within 30 days). Affirm in writing that victims and witnesses will not be asked about immigration status, and expand/publicize U- and T-visa certification support. 7. Costs in the sunlight (before further expansions). Disclose projected and actual City costs (including overtime, court burden, and potential liability) and require a public Council vote before any new commitments of City resources. 8. Independent, time-limited oversight (seat within 60 days). Create a one-year community advisory group – including immigrant-led organizations – to review dashboard data, policies, and complaints, and to recommend adjustments and an off-ramp if goals aren’t met. These objectives do not restrict lawful criminal investigations or compliance with court orders. They establish basic transparency, civil-rights protections, and prudent budgeting for City-involved activities.

  • AMERICA BEEN THROUGH HELL PAY US!
What about us? America’s been through hell. Stress, lies, killings, kids harassed, abused, snatched at schools and scared. Families ripped apart, and chaos every day. We’re the ones at the gas pumps, in the grocery stores, watching programs for kids get cut, workers get crushed, and families torn apart.  Meanwhile, our tax dollars are used to protect criminals, line the pockets of the powerful, fund illegal wars, build ballrooms, pay billions to ICE, and sell the same lie on TV every night. They tell us there’s “no money” for us, they cut grants for education, but somehow there’s billions for war, tax breaks for the wealthy, and slush money for felons who attacked the Capitol, especially after Trump pardoned them. Trump called Epstein victims a “hoax,” yet he says the felons he pardoned “weren’t treated fairly.” This is while some of those pardoned felons committed new crimes after being released.  Andrew Paul Johnson, the man pardoned after the Jan. 6 events was later accused and convicted of sexually abusing children and was accused of raping two children, then tried to bribe those victims  by claiming he would receive money from his pardon, status. This clearly shows that our president and his administration are dangerous to ordinary Americans.    Why not pay  Epstein victims? A president should be held to the highest standard. Yet, he won’t  even acknowledge the Epstein victims. He's worried about his sex offender,  buddies. Why is no one asking for taxpayers to get some of our money back? What about us? We built this country. If you don’t have money for us, then no one should be getting anything else.  We want recognition, compensation, and justice for what ordinary people have endured. We’re not waiting for someone to save us. We’re done being invisible while Trump and his team steal from us.  We’re the ones who fund this country. It’s time it started serving us. We demand: 1. Transparency on how taxpayer money is spent 2. An end to using public funds to protect criminals and the powerful 3. Fair compensation and support for ordinary Americans who’ve carried the burden 4. Accountability for leaders who misuse our tax dollars 5. Justice and compensation for victims of abuse and exploitation, including Epstein victims 6. No more pardons for violent criminals that endanger children and communities. Pardon the true wrongfully  convicted.   Pay us back. Stop lying. Put the people first.  Signed, Tracey Elise J.

  • Investigate the Results of the 2016 Election
Given the strong possibility of Russian influence, internet hacking through malware, and the fact that the polls must have been historically off the mark, a close analysis must be done of the actual voting results (machine tabulations and paper ballots cast) versus the vote reporting (to the board of elections and Secretary of State offices).

  • SAVE Le Corbusier's Capitol Complex in Chandigarh!
This is to petition Mr. Ratan Tata to stop the construction of 'TATA Camelot' in the name of the common good, and in the name of architecture. TATA Camelot's 19 towers, each between 12 and 35 stories tall, are planned on a site just to the north of Le Corbusier's famous Capitol Complex in Chandigarh. The site is on land that was hallowed by Le Corbusier, intended to be held as a low-rise agro-pastoral landscape between the Capitol and the Himalayan foothills. While there is plenty of developable land available all around Chandigarh, this particular project will destroy the integrity of the design of Capitol Complex and the adjoining Sukhna Lake, while unleashing destructive development in an architecturally and ecologically precious area. As an architect (Cornell ’62), as a Pritzker Prize Jurist and as the Chairman Emeritus of one of the most distinguished industrial houses of India that has long been associated with Indian modernism, Mr. Ratan Tata is implored to uphold the highest values of the institutions that he is signatory to.

  • Stop Duquesne Light
Duquesne light plans to increase their charges to their customers by 50 percent. It's absolutely unethical to increase charges to customers, whom most are struggling, living paycheck to paycheck and are barely able to pay their current bills now. I'm outraged and disgusted.

  • Secretary Hagel, Stop the Extinction of the Right Whale
The US Navy plans to practice submarine warfare in the most critical habitat of the North Atlantic Right Whale, using sonar and underwater explosives in an area adjacent their only known calving grounds. This will lead to the extinction of this rarest of whales, population 350. Only you can stop the Navy from casually killing the world’s most endangered whale during routine training. Please use your power to force the Navy to use satellite technology and smart buoy whale detection. Nobody else has the power to make these changes. You do.
