The Constitution’s 14th Amendment provides for the disqualification from office of any person who has “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against” the United States. That includes Donald Trump. As a result, he does not meet the qualifications to become president again. Election officials in every state must respect the Constitution and reject Trump from their ballots. And Congress can help clarify that by passing legislation to bar Trump from office under the Fourteenth amendment.

No Labels, a political organization backed by $70 million from anonymous donors, is running a third-party presidential ticket. They will spoil the election for Democrats and put Donald Trump in the White House. We’ve got to call out their dangerous plan.

Trump incited an insurrection to stay in power, despite knowing that he lost the election. While a federal grand jury indicted him for attempts to overturn the 2020 election, the charges did not include inciting an insurrection. No one is above the law, including a former president of the United States. The Department of Justice must hold Trump accountable for all his crimes, including inciting an insurrection.

There are millions of FACEBOOK and Twitter users and advertisers who would be enraged by the reinstatement of Donald Trump on your platforms. If you give Trump a platform you will be held complicit in his fomenting of misinformation and violence. Trump is a proven danger to this democracy, its representatives, and its citizens. Do not give him a megaphone!

We pledge ourselves to speak out nonviolently in every way possible against the politics of hate, violence, and exclusion Donald Trump represents. Together, we're putting the media and political institutions on notice for normalizing Trump’s extremism by treating it as entertainment, by giving it inordinate and unequal air time, and by refusing to condemn it.

 Trump told people he would lower costs but his chaotic policies are already increasing inflation and raising costs for American consumers, while tanking the stock market.  Trump’s tariffs will drive up the costs of goods that we all rely on. Billionaires will be fine, but these tariffs will hurt the middle class and working families the most.   These tariffs aren’t tiny tweaks to adjust for inflation, or adjustments made to increase wages for workers. The burden will fall on all of us to pay for Trump’s reckless decisions. These tariffs are a new tax that drive up costs on clothing, groceries and nearly everything we buy.  These tariffs are just more of the chaos we've come to expect, but will not tolerate, from the Trump administration, and they must END outright. 

Trumps tenants, hotel guests and other customers of his enterprises are the funding sources of the billionaire's campaign. We need to call on them to do the right thing and take their business elsewhere.

Expedia's CEO has made unequivocal statements against Trump's Immigration executive order. Expedia should take the next logical step and stop listing and booking Trump properties on any of their websites or apps. We are asking Expedia to lead by example.

It's time for the American people to say to Donald Trump: You are fired! We ask world citizens to join us in prayer and petition for the swift removal of Donald Trump and his followers from office.

Congress must protect our Postal Service from Trump's reported plot to take it over. Millions of Americans rely on the Postal Service for receiving medications, sending letters to family, or casting mail-in ballots. The Postal Service is a public good guaranteed by our Constitution, which gives Congress – NOT the President – authority over the USPS. Our members of Congress must step up and protect this crucial service from Trump's hostile takeover.
