 We urge you to move ahead with your proposal to let consumers go public with the specifics of their complaints about credit cards, mortgages, payday loans and other financial products and services. With consumers allowed to post their stories, and companies to report their responses, the CFPB’s complaint system will become an invaluable resource. Consumers will be able to learn about others’ experiences, bad and good, and make more informed choices. And the big banks and lending companies will have an added incentive to compete by trying to meet their customers' needs, not by trying to put something over on them.

Please keep our local Arcades open! These places are a wonderful asset to the community & helps the seniors get out & enjoy socializing without needing to go on a long bus ride or having a lot of money. Please sign my petition to get Tires Plus to start taking responsibility for their negligence. They allow their stores time to make it look like they did not cause the problem and covered all of their bases after the damage is done and then get their claims department involved, at which time they deny all consumers claims. I've been without my vehicle since April 29 and am having to pay $4,000 for an engine on a car that was in perfect condition prior to their Sunrise store getting their hands on it..... Thank you....
