Bring charges of treason against Donald Trump and his Republican allies and supporters (including, “Proud Boys,” and Ted Cruz and all who were planning to object to the election results on January 6th). They were/are an assemblage..for a treasonable purpose, effecting by force a treasonable object...all those who performed any part, however remote from the scene of action and who were actually leagued in the general conspiracy, to be considered as traitors. This was a planned, organized insurrection achieved by use of the Internet and social media. Mobs, encouraged by Trump and others such as Rudy Giuliani calling for “trial by combat,” intimidated Congress, or attempted to do so, with the goal of betraying the government and the Constitution of the United States, by overturning the presidential election, ultimately by burning the Electoral College votes.

Remove Donald Trump from office immediately and put him on trial for Treason.

Invoke the 25th amendment. It allows the vice president, together with a "majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide", to declare the president "unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office" in a written declaration.

President Trump incited the horrific January 6th attack on our democracy. His constant lies about the 2020 election, his baseless lawsuits, and his attempts to get legitimate votes thrown out -- predominantly from Black and Brown communities -- laid the groundwork for this dangerous and racist insurrection. The House has impeached Trump for his incitement of insurrection against the U.S. government. Now, the Senate must act in defense of our democracy -- by immediately holding a trial, voting to remove him, and permanently banning him from holding public office in the future.

Donald Trump repeatedly abused his wide reach on social media to spread baseless -- and as we saw on January 6th, dangerous -- lies about our election. He flagrantly violated Facebook’s civic integrity rules and exploited the platform’s inconsistent enforcement of its policies to jeopardize our entire democracy. Now, he must be held accountable. Facebook has “indefinitely suspended” Trump’s account -- but we demand that the former president is permanently banned from the platform.

There have already been multiple corruption scandals in the Trump administration’s distribution of trillions of dollars of COVID-19 relief funding. Major corporations have gotten money set aside for small businesses... high-level staff have refused to disclose where funds are going... and Trump had the independent watchdog tasked with overseeing the process removed, without explanation. We can’t let Trump and his administration use taxpayer money -- allocated by Congress to help everyday Americans through this public health crisis -- to quietly bail out special interests. That’s why Congress must pass the Coronavirus Oversight and Recovery Ethics (CORE) Act.

Have Donald Trump arrested for hoarding medical supplies, and medical equipment from hospitals nation wide, and also charged with murder and attempted murder against hospital staff and patients who's the COVID-19 that are trying to stay alive, and the hospital staff keeps from getting this virus that will kill them.
