SENATOR PATRICK LEAHY : GIVE THE $7000 BACK TO THE NRA!

I learned today that our senator, Patrick Leahy, has received $7000 from the NRA. Senator Leahy: please give this money back to the NRA or donate it to an organization dedicated to preventing gun violence. Furthermore, promise to never again take another cent from the NRA.

Why is this important?

My medical training years ago in the Emergency Room brought me face to face with the victims of gun violence. Today, I am just as distraught as I learn of one mass shooting after another, with men, women, and children--citizens of our country--being senselessly slaughtered. I want to take action somehow and began this petition to our senator requesting that he re-examine his taking of NRA money. Will you join me?
