Send Soldiers to Protect Protesters at Trump Rallies
There have been violent, hate-based acts against Black protesters at almost every Trump rally, and the security at these events do not actively prevent them. Freedom of speech is protected by our First Amendment, and the protesters at these events should be protected in the same manner.
Why is this important?
Black people have been peacefully protesting during campaign events for Donald Trump, and his supporters have spit on, punched, and assaulted them with little or no consequence. What country is this again? Why are people being allowed to commit hate crimes freely? It is time for the U.S government to do its job and protect the First Amendment by sending Armed Forces to protect Black protesters.
Allowing these acts is a slippery slope towards allowing atrocities similar to those that happened during the Armenian genocide and the Holocaust. Please sign this petition to keep America safe for everyone.
