We the people , ask for the support in Senator Chuck Grassley's wise sentence reform bill that specifically addresses citizens like Troy who are the casualties of the war on drugs, more then 39 millon non voilent drug offenders arrested and over a trillion dollars in taxdollars are wasted. walking death sentences for selling $25 dollars worth of crack disportionate imposed on the poor people and not the intended drug kingpins exposes our entire system to mistrust by the citzens it was meant to protect. This defies both justice and common sense when we take a hard look at the heinous crimes in which indedd a warrant of death or a life in prison selling $25 dollars worth of crack cocaine defines a life sentence cruel and unjust punishment. we demand equal justice for Troy by asking the President to address the specific facts of this prosecution. Please sign our petition calling for a computation of troy death in prison No citizen should cruelly serve a life sentence for a non- violent drug offense Troy who at worse we acknowledge engaged in a mere $25 economical crime can not be treated the same as a mass murderer..Troy recently turned 50 years old he has missed far too many to list like his son graduation from high school and taking him to enroll in college troy fiancee and firm support though out his incarceration has recently taken ill and needs his help to be her care taker as she recently suffered a brain anuersym and with Troy being home to support her in the same manner she has cared and comforted him would lower the cost and heavy burden of their family and friends and would bring much needed justice for both troy and his fiancee
