Six stories is too much

There's a proposal out there for a six-story, commercial/residential complex at the northeast corner of Oak and Divisadero, the present site of the Shell station and Touchless car wash. This was made possible by a re-zoning from a Neighborhood Conservation District to Neighborhood Commercial Transit put forth by city supervisor London Breed.

By signing this petition you are making known your opposition to the six-story structure and indicating that you prefer something more in tune with the three-story, and occasional four-story structures that dominate the area.

Why is this important?

To prevent big city-style development from further encroaching on the Western Addition.
