Let's protect non smoking residents who live in apartments and condos from the harmful effects of second hand smoke.
Why is this important?
I am negatively effected by second hand smoke from my neighbors. I find right now there are no laws to protect my health. They are making a choice to smoke inside but non smokers have no choice in shared spaces.
