Stop borrowing from Social Security to balance the budget, and start paying back the nearly 3 TRILLION dollars of IOUs the Federal Government owes the fund--that'll keep it solvent.
Why is this important?
Social Security drains the Federal budget. That's a lie.
Baby Boomers will drain the fund, if we don't make cuts. That's a lie.
