Congress and Presidents borrowed Social Security funds and have not payed their debt owed. Repayment not cuts to Social Security Beneficiaries is the conversation we should be having.
Why is this important?
All current and future retirees who depend upon Social Security(beneficiaries) will be forced to pay again with proposed cuts. I am a Baby Boomer who has paid into Social Security since age 15. Congress owes their debt~ not I.
