Soft Opening for Restaurants with Bars

That on April 27, 2020 local Restaurants that have bars attached be able to open with some restrictions. Limited to half capacity, ample spacing for seats. Sanitize all areas after each customer. Let the family owned establishments try to survive. Since lottery is still available, open gaming machines with provisions that each machine have sanitation wipes to clean before/after each use. If capacity is 100 people limit it to 50. But let’s not watch family owned establishments wash away. Make sure hand sanitizer is in each bathroom with plenty of antibacterial soap.

Why is this important?

There are a lot of family owned restaurants that need start getting back on their feet before they close permanently. Some of the workers need to make money to survive. That $1200 stimulus doesn’t carry a family for more than a few weeks. Some people rely on waitressing or Bartending for cash and cannot collect unemployment. At this point people will be out of business and homeless or too far on debt to ever survive.
