The President is holding up work on repairing our country's infrastructure and throwing tantrums in front of Nancy Pelosi. There are so many vacancies at the top of the executive branch it is obvious he is incompetent to do his job. Congress can pass a nonbinding resolution advising the Vice President to begin hearings on the President's competency. He must be removed or else our infrastructure will crumble and government business will grind to a halt.
