Tougher sentences for abused and death of a minor

Stop early parole of people that murder or abuse children.
You allow a parole board to decide when they get out instead of them serving the full sentence when the child that has had their life taken. They didn't get to live their life. Tougher laws need to be in place in Utah. Too many are getting off to easily while lesser offenses such as drug offenders serve longer sentences.

Why is this important?
My 2 1/2 year old grandson was abused by his mother, Brittany Juanita Hall, and her boyfriend, Gavin Michael Haar, until, on June 12, 2018 he was murdered at the hands of the boyfriend. Though the mother was not present when Christopher was murdered, she then lied to investigators, covering for her boyfriend. Hall was found convicted of child abuse and obstruction of justice with each carrying 15 year sentences, served consecutively. She was to serve a minimum of 2 years up to 30 years for the role she played in her sons death. Unfortunately, she has only served 6 months and is now up for parole due to overcrowding. The affects of his death has impacted so many and she has lied repeatedly, has never shown any sign of remorse and may walk out of prison before even serving the minimum sentence handed down by the Judge. We are still awaiting the Haars trial. This is not justice. Justice still needs to be served for little Christopher and other children that have suffered is this type of situation. No child should ever suffer the way he did and the perpetrators shouldn't walk free after what amounts to a slap on the wrist. Utah needs to start handing out tougher sentences or at least standing by the ones they hand down in the first place. If they don't, does justice even have meaning in that state?
How it will be delivered
I plan on sending this petition to the governor of Utah in hope to make a difference in the Utah legal system in Christopher's name.
