The Lyon Township Board is attempting to change the 2012 Master Plan to allow for more residential density in Lyon Township. Our roads and water system are already overtaxed. The added density will reduce every existing resident's quality of life. Do NOT amend the Township Master Plan as adopted in 2012, where over eighty percent of the residents were in agreement that the Township should be developed as a low-density single-family residential community.
Don't enrich developers at the cost of the residents!
Why is this important?
Adding density only benefits developers and reduces the quality of life for the residents of Lyon Township and the surrounding communities.
