Stop AT&T/Time Warner Merger
This is a petition to try to stop the $85.4 billion dollar merger of AT&T and Time Warner. This type of merger will do nothing to help consumers.
Why is this important?
The continuing merge of these billion dollar companies needs to end. The US needs to protect the freedoms of competition from monopolies which is one of the beneficial parts of a capitalistic system. Mergers like this show that governmental agencies serve the corporation's best interests instead of the interests of the people. We need to stand up against oligarchic policies.
