Before the United States engages in further military action, I want you to answer my question: As a precondition of buying their oil, will you hold to account repressive oil states such as Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Libya, Nigeria and others for effectively arming and legitimizing extremist religious fundamentalists that eventually morph into groups like ISIS?
