We as Madison County residents request that the Misty Valley Subdivision in Hibbard is denied and that the county implements and follows a comprehensive plan for development that is better aligned with the desires of the county residents.
Why is this important?
This proposed subdivision brings with it many concerns for Madison County including:
-Sporadic and disorganized growth of our county lands
-Possible ground and river water contamination
-Disruption of the indigenous wildlife
-An excess of empty, available lots
-Excessive traffic and destruction of county roads
