STOP Development on Van Wyck Rd.
Nisbet Poperties, LLC wants to build 1,000 high density homes and a sewer pump station on Van Wyck Rd. between Ivy Farms and the south side of Tree Tops. This development would have a major impact on Tree Tops residents with increased traffic and 5+ years of heavy construction equipment, noise and dust. It is already anticipated that the apartments on Van Wyck and the new homes to be built on Griffen Rd will have a negative impact on the area. An additional 1,000 homes will significantly increase existing infrastructure issues in the area. In an effort to express Tree Tops residents' opinion on this issue, we ask that you sign this petition AGAINST the Nisbet Properties, LLC development. PLEASE DO SO NO LATER THAT MIDNIGHT NOVEMBER 12, 2022.
