Stop cutting Social Security and Medicare benefits. You already did a big cut for many people when you changed the way you looked at the MAGI. Additionally the same change in looking at net taxable income increased many the cost of Medicare for many.
Why is this important?
Cutting the income of Social Security beneficiaries and increasing the cost of medical services to the same beneficiaries puts our most vunerable citizens at risk. I have been affected because I now have to live with one of my adult children instead of living on my own. How can you justify cutting taxes for people who are in the top 2% income when your poorest are barely surviving?
