I would codify a "human person from fertilization". The prospect greatly concerns doctors specializing in infertility, pregnancy, and childbirth. Creating "a nightmare scenario" in whtch doctors would be forced to choose between saving the life of the mother and "murdering" the embryo.
Why is this important?
This bill would effectively and unconstitutionally ban all abortion in SC, regardless of reason. Women have the right, according to SCOTUS.
