STOP Sending Foreign Aid Until the Deficit is Paid

With the US facing financial issues due to the current and previous administration's mismanagement of our hard earned tax dollars, the US government should STOP all aid to foreign countries immediately. Take the money that we send overseas to countries to fund grants that US citizens are NOT allowed to apply for, money that we pay in foreign aid to countries that want to kill us, money that we send abroad just to be nice, and use all this money to pay down the debt. Ever notice in a national disaster such as Katrina or Sandy, there was no mention of foreign aid coming in from other countries to help us? We have sent Navy ships, Marines, medical doctors and supplies, as well as the Army to other areas to help with floods, tsunamis, and earthquakes. Notice no one ever reciprocates. No I DO NOT want their military here, but they could send other forms of aid to show their appreciation for us helping them in their times of need.
