Stop Social Security cuts!!!!!!!
It is impossible for those of us on Social Security to go without Cost of Living Adjustments. Please take this part of the deal you are working to keep us from the Fiscal Cliff OFF the table, as many of us have no savings or homes of our own, and will not be able to live on such low incomes as prices of the cost of living continue to go up, while we are kept in the dark ages when prices were more reasonable, and we could eke by on our meager Social Security checks.
Why is this important?
For the millions of folks of the baby boomer era, such as myself, Obama is willing to send us to early suicides or homelessness by curtailing the cost of living interests to us at retirement. We need to STOP HIM from keeping this concession on the table, as MOST of us do not have SAVINGS or an IRA, or any OTHER monies to fall back on like when FDR started this program way back when. Please sign this petition as it is going to render most of us homeless. This is URGENT, my cost of living was going to go up 1 dollar this year from 874 to 875 per month as of January 1, 2013. None of us can live on this meager existence as the cost of everything from housing to utilities to food is going up. Please sign now!
