Stop The Attack on Women! Withdraw 507
Senate Bill 507 proposed by Senator Grothman is an attack on women's rights. His stance that single mothers cause child abuse because they choose or are forced to raise their kids on their own is wrong. This bill drives the wedge between the equality of men and women. A mother is a person who is willing to sacrifice her own dreams to see her child succeed. I know because I was raised by a single mother who taught me to follow my dreams and work towards equality. She supported her family on $18,000 salary and helped many women escape from abusive relationship. Single mothers deserve respect for the hardest job on this planet. Will you help me stand for women's rights and save services that are vital?
