Stop the Cuts to Social Security
Stop the proposed fiscal cliff CUTS to Social Security. Don't let Congress balance the budget on the backs of the elderly and disabled.
Why is this important?
President Obama in a proposed fiscal cliff deal with John Boehner will decrease Social Security benefits by 5% in 2013 with more decreases to follow. These cuts decrease the already low income of elderly and disabled while people earning $400,000 or less will continue to see their incomes increase from the continued implementation of the Bush era tax cuts.
