Stop the Marshall Tract commercial office complex
Tell the Austin City Council to reject the commercial office complex from being approved on the Marshall Tract of land.
Why is this important?
This petition is to bring awareness to the proposed 5 and 7 story
office building planned to be constructed on the Marshall Tract of
land in the Lost Creek subdivision. The office buildings are slated
to be built right next to single family homes. Lost Creek is a very
nice community and was recently recognized by Newsweek as one of the
top educated neighborhoods in the nation. We would like to keep it
that way and feel that office buildings would impact our neighborhood
adversely. We plan to take the signatures to the local government to
help them make the correct decision to not let this land be used for
commercial office space.
