Israel's use of American supplied weapons to attack the densely populated Gaza Strip has resulted in well over 1000 civilian deaths and nearly 10,000 wounded, as well as billions of dollars in damage to homes and civilian infrastructure. Our government, as well as the UN, and numerous international organizations have said Israel can do much more to avoid Palestinian casualties.
We call on our congressmen and senators not to resupply Israel with deadly armaments that are being misused against the Palestinians.
Why is this important?
I am disgusted by the civilian death and destruction in Gaza caused by Israel firing our weapons into the most densely inhabited place on Earth, and the world's inability to stop it.
