To: State Attorneys General, the U.S. DOJ Civil Rights Division, Workers’ Compensation Administrators and Appeals Boards, Departments of Insurance, State and Federal Legislators, Medical Licensing Boards, and Judicial oversight bodies.

Stop Workers’ Comp Corruption, Medical Blocking, and Rights Violations.

Across the country, countless injured workers and personal-injury claimants face systemic barriers that prevent them from receiving the medical care, diagnostic testing, and legal due process they are entitled to under the law. I am calling for urgent state and federal intervention to investigate widespread patterns of medical obstruction, judicial manipulation, and potential corruption within Workers’ Compensation and related personal-injury proceedings.
Many claimants report that insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and certain legal representatives use their influence to:

  • Delay or block medically-necessary treatment, including MRIs, CT scans, surgery, physical therapy, injections, and specialist evaluations.

  • Deny or interfere with Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) required to assess injury severity.

  • Manipulate or influence the judicial process within the Department of Administration Hearing Division or similar adjudicating bodies.

  • Use state and federal systems to slow, deny, or obstruct rightful claims through fraud, intimidation, racketeering behaviors, extortion tactics, cyber manipulation, or administrative sabotage.

  • Disproportionately harm the most vulnerable claimants, including those with disabilities, mental-health conditions, or limited financial resources, violating medical ethics and due-process protections.

We demand that the Department of Administration Hearing Division, State Attorneys General, and the U.S. Department of Justice immediately:

  • Open independent investigations into workers’ compensation and personal-injury cases where treatment delays, unusual legal patterns, or administrative interference are documented.

  • Examine whether corruption, manipulation, fraud, cyber tampering, or coordinated misconduct has influenced case outcomes.

  • Audit the practices of insurance companies, adjusters, attorneys, and medical-review contractors for conflicts of interest.

  • Ensure timely medical treatment for injured workers, in accordance with best medical practices and state/federal law.

  • Protect claimants from discrimination, coercion, intimidation, or retaliation.

  • Implement transparent oversight, including public reporting, external auditors, and ethics compliance officers.

  • Guarantee that no legitimate medical care, including evaluations, surgery, diagnostics, physical therapy, and pain-management procedures, is delayed or denied without lawful justification and clinical evidence.

Why is this important?

Legal and medical studies consistently show that:

  • Delayed medical treatment increases the risk of long-term disability, chronic pain syndromes, and reduced recovery outcomes (American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons; NIH).

  • Interference with medical care violates federal and state Workers’ Compensation statutes that guarantee timely access to treatment.

  • Bias, discrimination, and administrative manipulation damage claimant rights protected under the ADA, Civil Rights Act, and Due Process Clause.

  • Judicial integrity requires impartial decision-making free from influence, fraud, or conflicts of interest.

  • Racketeering, extortion, or coordinated manipulation of claim outcomes, if confirmed, may violate RICO statutes, state anti-fraud laws, and federal criminal codes.

Injured workers deserve healing, dignity, and justice, not corruption, retaliation, or systemic denial of care.

When medical treatment is blocked and the judicial process is manipulated, lives are damaged, families suffer, and public trust is destroyed.

This petition seeks to protect every worker, restore fairness, and ensure that no insurance company or legal representative can weaponize the system against the injured.
