Grant the disability allowance to their members who fulfill the requirements of mental health diagnosis, without placing the financial and emotional burdens of additional requirements on the teacher.
Why is this important?
If the teacher has been diagnosed by a psychiatrist as having a mental illness that is caused by stress, the teacher does not need to be imposed with more stressful procedures that further affect his/her self esteem and emotional condition. That teacher certainly should not be placed in a position where they would be forced to return to the classroom and expose the kids to a potentially dangerous situation.
