Impeach Mel Watt, Director, Federal Housing Finance Agency

In September, Mel Watt told Congress that the anti-harassment policies he signed as Director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) "do not apply to me." He needs to learn he is not above the law.

Why is this important?

After an FHFA employee courageously reported pay discrimination, Watt told her they should explore her pay raise--and whether their "attraction" was "sexual"--alone at his house, while he "mentored" her. It's hard to believe--but all his words are on tape. On January 6, 2019, Watt will retire in good standing with full benefits -- unless he is fired before then. We need to call on Congress to introduce Articles of Impeachment to remove Watt.
