We citizens are calling on our elected officials in Congress and the White House to change U.S. policies that support and sustain Israel's 45 year old occupation of the Palestinian West Bank, Gaza, and East Jerusalem, and embrace a policy of "fairness" that supports equal rights for all in the region.
Why is this important?
For over 45 years now the Palestinian people have been treated like second class citizens in their own homeland. Israel's occupation of the West Bank, Gaza, and East Jerusalem must stop. We need a policy of "Fairness" that not only supports the security of Israel, but also recognizes the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people to have a secure homeland. Israel's security can only be guaranteed when Palestinian security is guaranteed. Let's work for both.
