Take Ronald Reagan’s name off of the DC Airport

Now that it has been confirmed without a doubt Ronald Reagan was a racist, his name and image should not be memorialized on the DCA Airport. His offensive comments should not be rewarded with patronage.

Why is this important?

Ronald Reagan’s name does not deserve to be on any airport, especially one located in the nation’s capital. After tapes were released from the National Archives of him referring to African diplomats as “Those monkeys from African countries” it is imperative that Congress work to rename the capital’s airport after someone who’s legacy is one of social justice and not one of racist bigotry.
