in August of 2010 .. i was parked in a parking lot when a man ferociously drove his giant deluxe van right at me! he totaled my car - he disabled me for life at 32 years old.. i have a brain
injury - TBI.. & I have 60 different - now
permanent. . HORRID injuries from
this accident. I was at the height of
my career after nine years of climbing
my career ladder .. being a CNA in a
nursing home, I was about to be
promoted to a manager of a home
health care right before the accident!!
I will never be the same person I was
before that day.. this guy has quite the reputation in this state.. Colorado.
he has about 59 different felony and misdemeanor charges, one of them including sexual harassment on a patient as a doctor that did not have a
license to be a doctor.. I cannot
disclose this persons name for legal
purposes.. as I have been trying to
make this guy pay (by attaching a judgment for him to have to pay for my injuries) - for what he did to my vehicle as well, after nearly 4 years now, I still have no restitution and I am still trying to attach my medical bills to this man's judgment.
I do have a lawyer that is helping me with this but I do not know how committed he is to making this man see what he did..
I now have scoliosis - & discs that are turned backwards and forwards against the natural curves of my spine...
throughout my spine..
never did I have a back problem before... as well, as fibromyalgia and
SO many other things - degenerative
disc disease bulging discs herniated
disc... this list is 4 pages of paper
when I type that out simply the
diagnosisis I have been given since
2010. I have seen hundreds of
doctors.
please spread this petition so that we can make it not happen to other people for one and maybe find me some justice or some help so that I can live the rest of my life somewhat peacefully! please share this and please sign in for me because this is something that, if it happen to you or your family member you would see it

this man should not even be out there because I am far from the only person whose life has been taken away .. been harmed by him or hurt. he is as my lawyer describes a shyster to the max..
he has gotten away with every crime he's done for 50 years now and the list is quite extensive....
PLEASE help! even if you can just share my story with someone in a disability advocates group someone in the media someone in the law that wants to help someone that really needs it it would really help me a lot!!!!!!!!!

for sure learned how to count every blessing in life, even being able to learn how to walk again after my head injury.. every single thing I value, down to my toes still being attached! since this happened to me- I wake up crying in pain DAILY, but I do realize
that every day is a gift.

I am still in physical therapy I have done therapy every week since August of 2010.
and with what happened with my career I used to have I can't disclose that for legal reasons but let's just say
what happened there is absolutely out
of this world un fair.
I expect unfair - no fair world for many people in it. however I also expect the justice system that I paid taxes on to help me .. When a terrorist takes my life away from me!!
however should a well known man, that used to be a doctor, be able to aim his van at me - hit me on purpose - and then totally get away with everything he did to me????????
by the way to the chiropractor I saw found out who hit me, and told me he grew up down the street from this guy.
unknown to me at the time, I was supposed to have had xrays before any chiropractic therapy should have
been done on me.. thiss chiropractor also saw me for nearly 4 months twice a week .. never knowing how to permanently damaged my spine and neck or head injury was.. which - you
should never see a chiropractor over 6
weeks .. I found out much later!

Why is this important?
this petition is my last attempt at seeking justice for a TERRIBLE crime that should be its own movie.. to show people what can happen because of these insurance laws.
did you know I had to go against my own insurance company because this
man didn't have insurance and I didn't
even get the full policy amount.. back
then I did not have a lawyer because I
could not find one that was able to
help me.. I have been through 3
different lawyers on this.. me being an extremely poor person- don't have too many choices..
and the system for food stamps Medicaid all that... well let's just say I finally got home care and Medicaid in 2013 when I applied in 2011. I applied when I had no income. for the first time in my life 15 months following this accident I had no income despite my three different types of insurance policies I carried to cover my ass..
I had to max out my credit and borrow money from my poor parents to live.
now my credit is also gone though I have spent 30 years making it nearly perfect..
I live in a garage that is not suited for a disabled person I have two dogs that I cannot walk any longer, luckily my friend helps me..
if I didn't have one good friends through this I would already be in a nursing home at 35 years old after working my butt off my whole life many years I had three different jobs just to make ends meet.
I was awarded Social Security disability income after 9 months, which is rare at my age.
that right there should tell anyone reading this the severity of the injuries I was left with...
as the government does not approve disability for people quickly or very easily however in my case they did and thank God cause I had no income until they did..
and believe me I paid for this and come I worked as much in my life as my dad did even though there is a 30-year span between our ages we both worked the same amount of hours because I was a single woman and we grew up in different time eras.
as well as with the new Obamacare plans I have now lost all my health care because I have Medicaid my PCT of 30 years will not take my insurance my pain doctor will not take my insurance nobody that I know will take my insurance I have a blood clot sitting on my head for me in recent head injury or so and I'm no doctor to go to to get it checked out.. also people can go by insurance and they get a card that says they're covered for 6 months after they pay one month because of this, this man got away with what he did to me!!!
