From the government shutdown to the debt ceiling, Tea Party Republicans have wreaked enough havoc on our country. Stop holding the country hostage to further your political gains; vote on a clean budget resolution and raise the debt ceiling without demanding cuts to Social Security, Obamacare, or any other vital programs.
Why is this important?
I have enough money saved up to go to Yosemite National Park but gates won't open until late October so the shutdown has delayed our trip.
Why aren't you paying attention to your colleagues to end this shutdown? You've got 17 other fellow members who voted for President Obama in those districts, but you're not sure if you'll vote with Democrats to get a clean CR, attached with Obamacare.
