Tell Amazon to create a safer environment for disabled/ disadvantaged sellers

I have been a seller on Amazon for more than 2 years now. I also have autism and ADHD, and there are times were certain things do not make sense and seller support is of little to no help. Then their forums are full of hostility and bullying, so it just doesn't feel safe to ask for help there either. On more than one occasion, my account was deactivated and I had to fight with everything in me to get it back up and running. Since then, I continue to receive warnings for issues I do not even understand, and when I reach them for help, it is almost impossible to get someone on the phone. It feels like a never ending cycle of trauma and stress, and all I am trying to do is live in peace and survive while making a living selling products online. Amazon needs to provide more accommodations for disabled/ disadvantaged sellers and needs to take a different approach than the constant threats and warnings.

Why is this important?

I am not the only product creator out there just trying to survive. This is a very difficult time for everyone - ESPECIALLY those of us with learning disabilities and other challenges. Amazon is one of the wealthiest businesses today and can definitely afford to have better accommodations in place.
