I believe that the temporary visa should be reformed so that people with jobs that involve travel to the United States from other countries can do so without paying crazy fees. I am not entirely read up on this but I listen to a lot of European music and I know that many bands are unable to tour in the United States because of the price for a temporary visa to perform here.
Why is this important?
Reforming temporary visas so as to allow foreign entertainment (and likely other jobs) to more easily come to the United States.
