The inaction on the part of ALL elected Congressional Members show a need and a warrant for a two term limit. The Professional Congressional Members are the main cause of these inactions. They ARE the problem.
Why is this important?
I believe that the "professional Congressional member is the cause of the deplorable actions of the Senate and Congress. I believe there should be a two term limit set.
