We the good people of Alabama respectfully ask the legislature to include budgeting to keep all of the Department of Motor Vehicle locations open. We ask this as a needs priority because closing these locations brings the most suffering to our disabled and poor. This impedes the ability to acquire a state ID, driver's license, tag, and title. This cause and effect also causes segregation and discrimination. We do not approve and ask the leaders of our communities to care for all Alabama residents.
