Homelessness among the veteran population is real and it's everywhere. For whatever reasons they find themselves in this situation, they should be able to have protection from the elements. A joint partnership of Federal, State/Local funds and donated supplies and volunteers could easily bring this to reality.

I am employed as a Veteran's advocate through my State. In the 11+ years I've been there, I've sought programs for many veterans in need. I spent a lot of time calling to look for resources available and for various reasons no one can help 99% of the time.
